Summary: The unit is clean. The owner and family live upstairs. We noticed some of the outlets were not working and two dining chairs were not useable. The owner responded within the hour after I sent a message. We actually were out taking a walk. He politely sat outside to wait for us to come back! We also mentioned that the kids were still walking around in the middle of the night after the quiet hour. We understand and expect to hear activities from upstairs. But it would be nice if they can lighten up their use of the first floor at midnight or 1 am. After our complaint, they were not making much noise after the posted quiet hour of 11 pm. We were able to sleep much better. The unit is in a good neighborhood and within driving distance to Lake Ontario which has paved walking path for biking, walking and roller blading. Highly recommended. The only problem is that there is no guess parking in the neighborhood. You are allowed to only have one car.
