Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This cozy Lakeside cottage is located in lagoon city which leads to Lake Simcoe.
Two separate apartments include 2 separate kitchens .
5 bedrooms with 3 full & 1partial bathrooms.
Plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations for 10 people.
The space
FIRST FLOOR:
3 bedrooms on the First floor, 2 queen beds - 2 single beds, Open concept Kitchen, dining and Living room with 3 large sofas including 1 sofa bed (double size) and a fireplace, 2 washrooms (One Jacuzzi tub and One Walk-in shower inside the master bedroom)
WALKOUT BASEMENT:
2 bedrooms Walkout basement 2 single beds, a family room 2 large sofas, kitchen and 1 full set washroom & 1 half washroom.
Plenty of room for you and your guests.
Spacious driveway for 4 vehicles.
Stunning Backyard - Furnished patio with BBQ grill, gorgeous backyard with water view and a large fire pit and 3 seater swing and extra outdoor furniture.

Bath towels and hand towels are provided for your use. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner available in all showers. Hand soap provided at all bathroom sinks and kitchen sinks.
