Worth Airport(DFW) This exquisitely decorated home is the perfect balance of location, space, & amenities to create the ideal getaway space. Enjoy the resort-style private backyard pool, hot tub and patio. Amenities included: central air/heat (New HVAC installed 2021), dishwasher, hardwood floors, newly renovated pool & spa (2023), stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, updated bathrooms, storage, washer/dryer (New 2023) and 3-car garage parking. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, coffee maker, toaster and utensils. All bedding, linens, pillows, and towels are provided. TVs and DVD players are available to use as well. Upstairs has brand new luxury flooring. The main level has a primary bedroom equipped with a king bed & huge bathtub, shower and walk-in closet. A second bedroom is located at the front of the house has a queen bed and its own private bathroom with tub. The upper floor has two large Jack 'n Jill bedrooms: one facing the front of the house which has a queen bed and the other facing the garden pool with two full bottom/twin upper bunk beds. Each room has their own sinks and shares a toilet/bathtub. Street parking on quiet cul-de-sac. Sunbathe on one of the comfortable lounge chairs, or cool off in the inviting pool (not heated).
