4 Bedroom Villa in Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island

Complete 1st Floor renovation completed December 2014 ... new cabinets, granite counter tops and appliances ... new 1/2 bath ... new furniture and 50 inch wall mounted TV. There is an extensive DVD library that is very kid friendly. Brand new carpet throughout installed Feb. 2018
Additional features include: two new HVAC units and Pella windows/sliding doors. The 2nd HVAC unit is specific to the 3rd floor bedrooms; this is an essential feature in the hot summer months where other villas with only one HVAC unit may struggle to keep the 3rd floor cool. This Villa is very family friendly and it has all the amenities. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and flat screen TV. It is also a perfect location for the Heritage PGA golf tournament played in April.
Everything you could want in a vacation spot is nearby. Harbourtown, with its restaurants, shopping and water activities, is a short 5-7 minute walk. World-class golf and tennis are literally next door. Once you stay here, you will come back year after year.

Summary: Stayed here this past week with our family - age ranges from 14-49. Great location near Harbour Town and easy access to the bike path. It's an 8-10 minute bike ride to beach access 24, which was pretty much empty the entire week but got busier on Friday. Communication with Ed was consistently positive, responsive, and timely, from the initial booking all the way through the day before we had to head home. The villa was a perfect setup for our family, as we were able to give both the 14 and 17 year old boys their own rooms up on the 3rd floor. The kitchen had everything we needed, most importantly both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The grill was a welcome addition as we were able to make burgers and steaks a couple of the nights. One note for those who like to use the ice dispenser to fill coolers - you will want to buy bags of ice. This is NOT a dig on the fridge, but a reflection of how hard it is to keep a cooler full with ice in 95 degree heat. The freezer is large enough to hold 3-4 bags of ice in addition to the built-in icemaker so as long as you plan ahead you'll be good. Thanks, Ed, for letting us stay at your villa this week - it's at the top of our list for a return trip!
