Be one of the first to stay the brand new “Sandpiper_on30A”! It is a recently updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, luxury townhome, steps from the pool and includes a new complimentary 6 seater street legal golf cart with the rental! Recently replaced carpet in spare rooms with matching hardwood floors and shiplap in bunk room. VERY CLEAN!! This home is located in Prominence North, right across from The Hub, about 2 miles from Rosemary Beach and 4 miles from Seaside. This home is close to several beach accesses which are a short ride away. The Hub is super family friendly with a jumbo screen for watching sporting events, movies and offers seasonal live entertainment. It has an array of eateries plus a coffee shop, ice creamery and many options for cocktails plus just added Build A Bear. The Hub also has many boutiques and offers on site bike rentals. Ideal location to be steps away from The Hub but a golf cart ride away to Seacrest where you can park and walk to Rosemary or cart on down to Seaside where they are golf cart friendly! Many great restaurants along 30A as well that are highly recommended. Bike/running trails run along 30A so you can bike to these quaint beach communities along this scenic road.
As you walk into Sandpiper_on30A you will find a large open concept living area and kitchen with stainless Electrolux appliances, quartz countertops and glass tile backsplash fully stocked, just add groceries!
The first floor wraps up with a half bath and laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer plus a clothes steamer and iron/board.
Upon request we can provide a portable crib, small high chair, umbrella stroller and an infant tub. We also have gender neutral toys for the little ones plus we have games, cards, and puzzles.
Master en-suite has a king bed and includes a brand new mattress and walk in shower with rain and hand held shower heads and glass door. This suite has a 55” LG Smart TV. Second bedroom offers a king with a brand new mattress and a 43” Samsung Smart TV. Third bedroom has a queen along with XL twin bunks and also have new, comfy mattresses and a 43” Samsung Smart TV. All rooms have a sleep sound machine to ensure a restful sleep. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a large full bath with a shower/tub combo with glass sliding doors. We provide Puracy shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both full baths as well as plenty of bath towels. *Upon request we can provide baby all over body wash/shampoo.
The fenced back porch has a view of the preserve where you can get away and have a coffee or an adult beverage and still keep an eye on the kids. Living room has two full couches plus two swivel chairs and ottomans and boasts a Samsung 65” Smart TV. We provide YouTubeTV plus high speed internet.
Included with this home are two driveway parking spots. No street parking is allowed! The garage floor has a beautiful epoxy finish and houses the 6 seater, Lithium powered, golf cart with a sound bar, a $875weekly/$150 day value, INCLUDED, NO ADDITIONAL FEE! In the garage you will also find eight beach chairs, a beach cart, cooler and beach toys. Beach towels and a beach bag will be provided in the laundry room. Several beaches offer chair and umbrella service and if you are interested, we can provide options for you.
Prominence offers two gorgeous pools! The North Pool is steps from this home and is 5000 sq feet and has fountains, is zero entry, kid friendly with gas grills, upholstered seating with lounging cabanas and outdoor dining tables. It has clean bath houses and a small fitness center. The South Pool is a little smaller and more quiet and is across the road towards the back of Prominence South. The North pool is heated seasonally and we are steps from it.
There are MILES of bike/running paths along 30A and the Sandpiper_on30a includes four adult size Electra bikes with helmets and bike locks. At The Hub across the street you will find a bike rental shop if you need children’s bikes or a pull behind for toddlers. Message me for contact information to reserve.
**Christmas week rental will provide a beautiful Balsam Hill Christmas tree decorated in a tasteful beach theme.
30A has some of the most beautiful beaches and natural sand dunes in the world and the sunsets are AMAZING. Sunny days provide the most beautiful turquoise water!! No filters are needed for pictures here and are a beautiful backdrop for family photos. There are numerous public beaches here with public restrooms. You can bike or take the golf cart to enjoy a gorgeous day at the beach. Walton Dunes Beach Access is a 6 min drive, has a parking lot, chair service is available there and alcohol is allowed. Deer Lake is like a 3 min drive and is a state park, absolutely gorgeous!! The walk from parking to the beach is a little longer, but worth it!! Due to it being a state park alcohol is not allowed but the other beach access points above do allow alcohol.
There are many beach communities here that offer different flavors and these include Rosemary, Seacrest, Alys, Seagrove, Watersound, Grayton, Seaside, Watercolor, Blue Mountain and many more! You can spend the day exploring several of these with unique shops and restaurants. Panama City and Destin are a short car ride away if you want mall shopping, wave runner and boat rental, etc.

**Primary renter MUST BE 25 and older and must reside in the vacation rental the entire stay. ALL drivers of the golf cart must be 25+ and must provide a valid drivers license and up to date insurance card as well as sign a waiver of liability and rental agreement.
**No animals of any kind allowed to due to severe allergies that owner’s family has!!
**Must sign a bike/golf cart liability waiver prior to rental.
**For security purposes there are cameras on the outside of the garage and at the side exterior door where you access with an electronic keypad as well as porch, all points of entry.
**Highway 30A is closed just west of Deer Lake Beach access from 9/5/23 through 5/1/24 for bridge construction. Access west will be via Hwy 98.
