Stay at our lovely home that features all things needed for an amazing stay. The home has a large corner yard with a large pool, a hot tub, and plenty of outdoor spaces to share moments. The home itself is renovated and lovely decorated to satisfy all your needs. 3 spacious bedrooms, a large living area, a dining area, and a fully equipped large kitchen. This home is perfect for all sorts of groups and we cannot wait to have you enjoy it!
This beautiful and spacious home is the perfect home for all families and groups.
When you approach the home that sits on a corner lot and is fully fenced for privacy you will come in to the 4 car driveway that allows you to park all your cars within the property (no street parking allowed). As you make your way into the house through the large and sun-drench doors, you will come in to the living area that opens up to all spaces. Here you will find a large sit down area with a massive Smart TV with cable television to keep you entertained. The Large sofa can be turned into a bed for additional sleeping arrangements. To the left you have the cutest reading nook with two chairs to sit down, grab a book, and unwind. A designated workspace area was also created for those who may need to get some work done. At the back of the main communal area you will find the brand new kitchen with top appliances, granite counter-tops, and fully stocked to cook all sorts of meals. A large dining table that sits up to 8 people is also located here.
You have 3 rooms in the house.
The first room and the largest is equipped with a king size top of the line bed with matching covers. The room has plenty of closet space to keep it tidy, a dresser, and a large smart TV to unwind at night. It has its own private access to the pool area, and it sits across from the communal bathroom.
The second bedroom is equipped with beach vibes and two full size beds that create better sleeping arrangements for all sorts of groups. This room has views of the back yard and plenty of windows with natural light. A 32" smart TV to watch anytime, and a large closet spaces to keep everything in the room clean.
The last room has a king size bed and a large window facing the front of the house. This bedroom is beautifully decorated, it has a top of the line mattress to ensure a great night sleep, closet space and a smart TV just like the rest of the rooms. This room also has an en-suite bathroom for full privacy.
We saved the best for last, the large backyard! This backyard contains a beautiful large heated pool with a waterfall feature on it. It is enclosed by a gate and tropical plants for full privacy and has hanging chairs, a large dining table, a bbq grill, and lounge chairs to soak up the sun. In the back of the backyard you can also find a lovely sit down area under a roof that can be used at anytime, and a jacuzzi that can be used at anytime. This is where most of our guests spend their time and where they create unforgettable moments!
