Negative: The first host listed on our contract out of 3 is who I contacted with our concerns... he didn't help us at all. We had major problems with our Roku, and ice maker didn't work. I believe I called him 2 to 3 days into our 9 day stay. He gave a lame excuse as to why the ice maker didn't work! Said the water is harder @ the beach and that's probably why it didn't work. Well we stay @ the beach (Ft. Myers Beach for over 40 yrs. until the hurricane hit) all the time and had wonderful ice makers that always worked. The owner offered to bring us a bag of ice... please! Then as far as the Roku NOT working... he told me to keep trying different input buttons, that he personally checked our condo and made sure the TV's were all working b/f we checked in. We had already done that prior to calling him, that is why I called. So for 9 days we had very limited TV service. For 5 grand we sure expect better service than that. The ice maker miraculously began to work on day 7, we had to make our own ice before that. Owners had to have known that it didn't work b/c they had ice cube trays in the freezer. Also, we never received our parking pass to display in car window until day 5. This was NOT owners fault tho... office of the complex was rarely open each day. The condo unit was nice, however the cooktop on the stove was badly stained, countertop very hard to clean, and washer and dryer unit seemed older as some of the buttons didn't light up on the washer. The outside area was lovely and beach awesome!!!!!
Summary: Price charged was way too high... never rent from this group of owners again!
