Las Palomas is a gorgeous 342 acre gated master-planned resort community offering many 5 star amenities. You may enjoy the private white sand beach of the Sea of Cortez, championship golf, two fine dining rooms, fitness center, sundries/gift shop, underground parking, phenomenal pool area which features a negative edge pool and swim up bar, lazy river, Jacuzzi all while enjoying poolside drink and food service. Our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo is on the 10th floor of the Cabrillo building in the newest phase at Las Palomas. Enjoy 2175 square feet of comfort! The condo features: granite in the kitchen; spa-like bathrooms including over-sized tub in the master which opens to the bedroom; full size washer and dryer; 60" television and dvd player in the family room; secondary bedrooms each have 32" televisions and the master a 40" all with dvd players as well. The master and one bedroom have king-sized beds; the other bedroom has a queen; and the sitting area has a queen-sized pull out couch. The dining room seats 6 people and the breakfast bar seats 4 . There are two balconies. The one in the front has a beautiful view of Cholla Bay with a table and seats for 4 where you can enjoy the pass-through window to the kitchen. The back balcony has stunning views of the pools and the ocean where you can dine at the table that seats 4 or you can snuggle on the double chaise lounge. There is cable and wifi internet in the condo. When you rent through VRBO, you get daily cleaning and wristbands. There are no hidden fees. We offer the owner rate which is the best discounted rate you can get for reservations at Las Palomas. We cannot offer a lower rate than is authorized by Las Palomas. * To get an exact rate, please contact me. Sometimes the rates given by VRBO are off from the rate given by Las Palomas. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Reservation Policy: *At the time of the reservation a 50% deposit of the total is due. *The 50% remaining due will be charged 15 days prior to the arrival day *RESERVATION HOLDER MUST BE AT LEAST 25 years old *All changes will have a $25 fee *No changes will be allowed made within 20 days of arrival *Changes to a Holiday reservation will have a $150 penalty Cancellation Policy Revised due to COVID -Same day cancellation or no show- charged 100% of rental rate -1 days cancellation- $150 fee -2 or more days cancellation- fully refunded OTHER -Check in is 4:00pm -Check out is 11:00am - The maximum permitted occupancy is 8. Under certain circumstances, a 9th person may be permitted but is subject to additional fees. Children under 2 are not counted in the occupancy number. PLEASE NOTE!! If you find something less for the same type of unit (ex. 3b3b) please understand you may be renting from someone who is not following resort regulations. The resort sets the rates for all rental pool owners and we cannot discount them! If you rent from someone who is not following regulations and are caught, you will be asked to either pay the full rate or you may be evicted. If you find a discounted rate, please ask the unit owner if they are in the rental pool. It is also highly advised to verify with the resort prior to booking and be sure you have the unit name and number for reference.
