Plus, you have free access to the best amenity center of any property in Killington featuring an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym, clay tennis courts and full a la carte spa services - just steps outside your door (170ft) and open year round. Plan to spend the day experiencing all that Killington has to offer and then come home to cook a meal, relax by the fire, catch a streaming show or soak in the jacuzzi tub of your amazing rental home. Walk into the entry area of our loft condo and take off your boots! You'll immediately step into the open kitchen, dining and living room where you'll be able to cook a meal, relax and gather together while enjoying the smart TV and wood burning fireplace (free firewood provided). The main floor bedroom with twin over queen bunk bed and bathroom with jetted/jacuzzi tub are just off to your right. Head upstairs to the primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom, and you'll be able to walk out onto the catwalk and view the lower level. Additional sleeping options are provided with a queen-sized, full-length convertible bed in the living room and a fold out chair in the loft. It's a great place to unwind after a day on the slopes!

• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings and holiday periods. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• For your safety & ours, we have a doorbell camera at the entryway to the condo.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Woods Amenity Center at the condo complex is a short 170 ft walk away and features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and spa. Hours vary by season.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
