1. NO OUTSIDE GUEST
2. KEEP YOUR AREA CLEAN, CLEANING IS MANDATORY. (Due to pest and critters)
3. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED but will make exceptions for non shedding animals, there is a $500 dollar fee per animal (for damages, cleaning fur and or dander) will result in charges if brought to the property.
4. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF THE USE OF ELECTRICITY AND WATER. There will be a extra fee if the electric and or water bill is higher than Normal usage shouldn’t more then double in usage!
6. Please lock entrance doors ALWAYS.
