Goodwinds is a beautiful Gulf front 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with million dollar ocean views in all directions. Located on prestigious North Cape San Blas within walking distance to Longbill's, Coneheads, and less than a mile from St Joe State Park puts this home in the perfect location.
Privacy is paramount with this home as well as stunning unobstructed views of the crystal blue green waters of Cape San Blas. What sets this home apart from others is there are NO crowds on this part of the Cape and the beach is all but deserted.
Open floor plan leaves plenty of room for gatherings as well as the full length deck overlooking the ocean and powder white sands. Fully stocked chefs kitchen with everything you'll need to feed a crowd.
First bedroom (queen) is located on the main living level with a private bathroom. An additional half bath is located off the kitchen. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Gulf front (king) bedroom has it's private bathroom while the other Gulf front (queen) bedroom and bayside bunk room share a large bathroom.
Outside you'll find plenty of parking, outdoor shower, fish cleaning station and more! Goodwinds has sleeping for 10 with plenty of additional spaces to sprawl out and enjoy this home for a great family vacation!
Please note, this home rents Sunday-Sunday ONLY in the Summer. If you do not book Sunday-Sunday, you will be asked to change your reservation or risk losing your deposit.
