While the chef in your group prepares your favorite meals in the kitchen, pop open a bottle of Finger Lakes wine and enjoy chatter from the oversized room before you.
Knotty pine walls and ceilings boast throughout the great room. A beautifully crafted stone fireplace stands out as the focal point. Pull up a spot on the wrap around sofa and watch the fire glisten on a chilly night. In the far side of the room, a corner bench is the perfect spot for curling up with a good book.
A formal dining room with farmhouse style table can be found just off the great room. Enjoy mealtime as a group in this cozy space. There's room for everyone! Just off the dining room, a three season room (only available between May 15 - October 15) is bound to capture the liking of many in your group. Good vibes and lake vibes come to mind as you enter this space. Watch the lake from the screened in area each morning while sipping a cup of coffee.
A bonus room with pool table and second living area awaits you on the north end of the lower level. Completing the lower level, you'll find three of the six bedrooms, and the first full bath. The additional portions of this large home are separated on two floors and can best be described as a north and south wing. The north wing is found off the bonus pool table room. A large master bedroom with king size bed can be found here. This wing is completed with the fifth bedroom, boasting 4 twin size beds, and a full size bathroom with shower/tub combo. The south wing is located off the dining area. Climb the stairs to find a bedroom set up like a cozy den with lake view. Four twin size beds and a queen bed are available here with an attached bathroom.
Outside, a large yard with hot tub, swing set and plenty of space to run and play are yours! Buy firewood at a local stand and roast marshmallows in the pit by the water each evening as the sun goes down.
