Your open floor plan great room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and two coordinating chairs. The great room provides magnificent pond/golf views from the floor to ceiling windows. There's also a man-sized TV with Roku Streaming! Don't forget to bring your devices because Lux Speed WiFi is complimentary throughout the property, too. The view from your patio is so tranquil! Step out your great room door and enjoy your coffee and croissant on the covered main patio while watching the turtles, birds and fish in the large pond right outside. Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
