"Gone Coastal" is newly remodeled comfortable, elevated, Coastal Chic
Beach Home is perfect for a relaxed vacation just 4 houses
from the beach. With an open concept floor plan, Gone Coastal
is the perfect getaway if you want to have your toes in the
sand in under 3 minutes with easy beach access. A Living
Room with Vaulted Ceilings and Flat Screen TV give you an
instant feeling of peace and quiet. The brand-new spacious
kitchen with a large island with stainless steel appliances make
you feel restored and ready to dine. Each bedroom is fitted
with comfortable beds, privacy, and calming tones to make you
feel restored. Just steps to the beach, guests can easily spend
a day in the sand, return to the house for lunch, and spend the
afternoon in the brand-new private pool and spa (can be heated for
a fee). Two decks are a perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning
or a beverage at night.
The first floor features 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and The Great Room
with open concept Kitchen, Dining, & Living Room. The second floor
features 2 Bedrooms, each with their own private baths, including a bunk room.
Exterior features include two elevated Decks leading out
back to the brand-new private pool (August 2022)! With Seating
& Gas Grill. Free WiFi is included. Non-Smoking. The house is
situated steps from both the private beach path and city bike path.
It is an easy bike or walk to Coligny Plaza with over 60 Shops &
Restaurants in less than 10 min.
