Completely renovated from floor to ceiling with new wood floors, bead board ceilings and walls, lighting, custom kitchen and bathrooms. Furnished with Coastal Charm.
Enjoying the outdoors is easy with a large deck off the living room with comfortable seating and views of the Links Course. The Fairway Dunes pool is located directly across from the property and don't forget your tennis racquet. The tennis courts are just steps away from the front door. Beach access is only a short 4 minutes' walk and is located directly across from the Fairway Dunes entrance.
Loads of sunshine with extra windows through out the end unit townhome. You will love the kitchen with new counters, cabinets and stainless appliances. This kitchen is well stocked and ready for those summertime family vacation dinners.
Relax in the spacious master bedroom with king size bed and is equipped with a 40 in cable tv. The master bath is complete with new vanity, counters, custom tile and glass doors.
