Perfectly positioned on the Jack Nicklaus tournament course of world renowned PGA West, awaits the rare opportunity to stay at one of the few 5 bedroom homes in PGA West. Wake up daily with your coffee or tea to majestic sunrises illuminating the Santa Rosa mountains. The course is just steps away from the home, which allows for the option to sit out and lounge on the patio, or take in the stunning views from your private pool and jacuzzi.
The space
*If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.*
POOL/SPA:
There is a daily charge of $100/day for both pool and spa heat (pool heating to 82 degrees and spa up to 104 degrees). For spa only is $35/day. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa and jets after each use. Spa only takes 60+ minutes to heat up, depending on the outdoor temperature. If you need the pool heated, especially upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Payment can be via Airbnb or another form of payment.
PETS:
Although we love our furry friends, please note this home is not pet-friendly, thank you.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
NOISE/MUSIC/CROWDS:
City ordinance 95C stipulates that the use or operation of any sound production or reproduction device, radio receiving set, musical instrument, drums, phonograph, television set, loud speakers, sound amplifier or other similar machine or device for the producing or reproducing of sound in such a manner as to disturb the peace, quiet, or comfort of any reasonable person of normal sensitivity in any area of the city is prohibited.
MUSIC SHOULD BE CELL PHONE/LAPTOP VOLUME LEVELS
Failure to comply with any City ordinance may result in a citation, fine, or imprisonment. In the case of multiple short-term rental violations, home owners can lose their short-term rental privilege.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

fireworks of all kinds are prohibited at all times in the desert, due to the fire danger. Please ensure not to bring them to the property.
