Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and in the hot tub. Breaking this rule will result in a minimum fine of $1000. Lastly, last-minute and unapproved late checkouts result in a $300 late checkout fee or 20% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. During your stay the below maintenance may take place: - The hot tub crew usually stops by every Wednesday. Please avoid using the hot tub for 24 hours after the hot tub cleaning, as per the cleaning company's recommendation. - The lawn care team typically drops by every Tuesday. - The trash company collect garbage every Tuesday morning or on Wednesday.
