This beautiful large home is on a quiet dead end road and it's the perfect place to get away. Through the front door of this spacious 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home you’ll find plenty of space to gather and spend time together but also plenty of space to spread out. From the front door you’ll find a closet with things you might need for a day at the beach like beach chairs, a cooler, towels, and a beach umbrella. If you head to the right you’ll find a private 1 bedroom apartment suite with its own kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, and living area with a tv and gas fireplace, and a bedroom with a king bed. Theres a door that walks out to the back yard with a small area to sit and relax. From inside the apartment suite you can head upstairs to the main floor where you'll find the main floor master suite, this room has a king size bed with walk in shower and a tv. Theres a washer and dryer located in the hallway entering into this room. Also on the main floor is the living area with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a half bath. You can head upstairs where there is a full bath and 3 more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and a view of the golf course, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a view of the trees, and last room has 2 full size beds once again overlooking the golf course with a separate bathroom. Back in the main living area are two doors that lead outside to the deck one goes to the front of the home where you'll find the grill, the other leads to the side yard where you can enjoy the gas fire pit and a beautiful view of the 9th hole of Dunegrass Golf course perfect for watching the golfers or the sunset.
