Thank you for visiting our 4BR 4BA row home in The Village at Bear Trap Dunes. If you've never been to Bethany Beach, we invite you! If you stay here at Bear Trap we think you'll be back! We started vacationing here several years ago and have tried other spots only to come back here again ultimately buying a place of our own. We hope to make you feel at home. With the rising costs of Amenity fees, we are including the amenity fee for up to 5 people in your party for a total savings of $325 per week!!!!!*. Any additional amenity passes will be at the expense of the renter.

• TV and Wifi in every room, All 5 Tv’s are Roku Smart TV's for Streaming Service

• Kitchen equipped for all your needs with dishes, utensils, cups, mugs, glasses, etc. Also includes 4 slice toaster, coffee pot (not a Keurig), blender.
• Updated kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances
• Lower level includes 2 day beds, 1 queen bed as well as a full bath with stand up shower. There is a foosball table and air hockey table on the lower level as well
• Main floor bedroom has a queen bed. Main level also includes full bath with shower/tub combo.
• Upstairs has 2 bedrooms; one with 2 twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with stand up shower and the other with king bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
• Property includes 1 car garage with bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and playground toys.
• There is a newly landscaped small outdoor patio area that is fenced in with table and chairs to enjoy the warm summer nights.
• Smart locks on all exterior doors, including one on door to garage that will be conveniently set with personal codes to use for the length of your stay.
• Parking- 1 car garage, 1 driveway spot. Parking lot behind unit for additional parking.
***We provide linens for all beds and towels as described below:
1 blanket and Sheets (7 beds), pillow cases, bath and hand towels (1 per guest).

We also provide mattress pads, pillows, and a blanket per bed.

Dogs - We allow dogs at a fee of $125 per week. Dogs must be house trained.

Bear Trap Dunes is an amazing community a short drive from Bethany Beach with indoor (1) and outdoor (2) pools, fitness center, tennis, basketball, foosball, 27 hole golf course and driving range, ping pong and playgrounds for the little ones. In order to use the amenities at Bear Trap, a guest pass must be purchased for each person in your party 4 and over. Passes cost $65 for the week per person and it gives access to all amenities Bear Trap has to offer with the exception of golf. ** Amenity pass prices subject to change and are determined by Bear Trap Dunes community and not the owner**
**New this season, we will be including the cost of amenity passes for up to 5 people in your party for a savings of $325 per week. We will collect information on all renters prior to your stay.
**Any additional passes needed will be at the expense of the renter.
These weekly passes are optional, however the facilities are excellent and add much enjoyment to your vacation. Additional passes above and beyond the 5 included must be purchased prior to your arrival online.
