Positive: Location was good although it was a little too far away from where we ate and shopped that we had to drive. View was great.
Negative: The living area felt cold. Leather furniture instead of the photos on the booking, 1 lamp had a broken bulb inside possibly from other tenants and not checked properly by staff so we had to use the main harsh lights. No rugs to make it feel homely, just tiles and the middle of winter it felt not cosy at all. Not a smart TV , apple TV or chromecast so couldn't watch anything other then 7, 9, 10, ABC,SBS TV Network so didn't watch at all. Nothing to play music on so was pretty boring. If the expectation was "not required because you'll be out all the time" then i wouldn't have paid $500 a night. Taps in the bathroom dripped all the time. Difficult for my mum to get in to have shower as its a shower bath. Supplies were ordinary as there was bathwash and shampoo (i think, well according to the stickers), no conditioner and not safe to have them within reach of the shower. You can hear all the footsteps from upstairs ALL THE TIME especially with a child. No side table or lamp in the second bedroom, only 1 doona for 2 bedrooms and had to use 2 other soft blankets for the other bed. Main bed is too low. Put my back out as its difficult to get up from in the morning.
Summary: Not sure if i'd stay here again for $500 a night.
