Modern remodeled Vacation Compound with a vast Swimming Pool. The perfect place to hold an event or be with family and friends. The complete compound to yourself, yeah!!!! Offering three single-level Apartments, each with two bedrooms, one bath, and a patio. Large outside covered lounge area with bar and seating for 12 people or more, including barbecue and gas fire pit. Want to play some games? We have a fab game room next to the lounge area with a foosball table, pool table, bar with refrigerator, and a toilet—convenient location to Coachella, Stagecoach, Indian Wells Tennis, and other desert communities.

Each unit has an open living and kitchen area with a bar and is fully stocked. The kitchens have direct access to the pool/lounge area.
Unit 1
Offers 2 BR with one queen bed and two twins, 3/4 bath with large stand-in shower. The master bedroom has direct access to the pool/patio area. The kitchen has all the appliances and a dishwasher and is fully stocked.
Unit 2
Offers 2 BR with one queen bed and two twins, Full bath with a bathtub. The master bedroom has direct access to the pool/patio area and pool views. The kitchen has all the appliances with a stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker, and even offers a dishwasher and is fully stocked.
Unit 3
Offers 2 BR with one queen bed and two twins, 3/4 bath with large stand-in shower. The master bedroom has direct access to the pool/patio area and has lounge area views. The kitchen has all the appliances with a stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker and also offers a dishwasher, and is fully stocked.
Pool
The sparkling pool is 32 /16 feet and 3-7 feet deep. Fully fenced and can be heated (additional cost), and offers a grassy area with four lounge chairs (4 additional lounge chairs in the game room) and umbrellas. It was just newly plastered.
Lounge area
Awesome custom-built covered large cement bar offers a bench and bar stools with lots of seating, a barbecue, and a gas fireplace.
Game room
There is a separate room with a foosball table, pool table, bar, full refrigerator, and a toilet. It is located off the lounge area.
Parking
Assigned Parking in the back can fit up to 8 cars, also plenty of street parking available.
Entertainment and Wifi
Each unit has secured Wifi and a TV with prime channels, Netflix, and amazon prime.
Pets
We are pet-friendly (pet fee $75 for first any additional $25), and it is safe for your little darlings as the property is fully gated and the pool is fully fenced.
This is the perfect place to meet, relax, entertain and still have privacy.
Pool heating is extra to the rate and requires a further deposit. At the end of your visit, I will read the gas meter and refund the difference or require additional fees if you have passed the allowance shown in the agreement. All the specifics will be indicated in the contract emailed to you. You are obliged to sign. Instructions will be emailed three days before the rental date.

We have a base price for six people (most reasonable) for any additional guests over six people; the booking site automatically adds $20 per person per night. If you filled out for six people, but you are twelve, the system will not give you the accurate rate. It does not go by capacity other than the accurately disclosed guests' count.
