Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great outdoor terrace as pictured. Easy access to Skiathos town - bus stops directly below property or 15 minutes walk. Bus also goes to Koukounaries and all beaches on the way. Nice beach also directly below property. Quiet at night especially inside (some road noise outside at some times of the day). Comfortable bed in main bedroom ( didn’t use others). Owner very friendly and helpful.
Negative: The drive is very steep and takes a bit of getting used to if you hire a car which we did (and were really glad we did). Quite a few steps up to the property as well- which is why the view is so great. Obviously not the same level of privacy as renting a whole villa but I guess that’s reflected in the price.
