This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has everything that you need for the perfect vacation. Renters are required to bring their own sheets, towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. The Building - The Golden Sands * Outdoor Pool plus kiddie pool (may be closed due to COVID) * Indoor Pool - open year round (may be closed due to COVID) * Separate men's & women's saunas (may be closed due to COVID) * Lighted Tennis Court * Volley Ball Court * Tiki Bar and Grill - open seasonally * Private Beach * Game room with pool table, ping pong, and video games * Arcade * Exercise / gym facility (may be closed due to COVID) * Covered Parking Unlike some units in Ocean City, the view from the living room, master bedroom, and the balcony of unit 212 at the Golden Sands is all beach and surf! Whats even better is that it's on the 2nd floor. High enough to see the waves crashing 24/7/365, but low enough to feel like you are part of the action at the Tiki Bar and main patio where the entertainment and action is. This unit has an ocean front Master Bedroom (king bed) with floor to ceiling windows and with a private entry to the balcony. The Master Bedroom has a private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom includes 1 queen and 1 double bed and a partial bay view. The 2nd full bathroom is conveniently located next to the 2nd bedroom, almost like having 2 master suites. Each bedroom includes a 32 flat screen TV and Blu-Ray or DVD player. Both bathrooms were completely remodeled during winter of 2019. And the hot water heater was upgraded to 50 gallon, so plenty of hot water. And brand new full sized washer and dryer were installed in 2019. The living room includes a queen size sleep sofa and a 50 Smart TV with HD cable box and a Blu-Ray/DVD player for family movie nights or rainy afternoons. This unit has independent private Wi-Fi internet - very fast - very reliable. Golden Sands unit 212 also includes a full size washer & dryer, plenty of closet space, and a dining room table which comfortably seats 6. The kitchen has a toaster oven, air fryer, blender, Keurig single and traditional coffee makers, and can opener. Pots, pans, plates, glasses, and silverware are also included. This is a NO PETS (building policy) and NO SMOKING unit. Thanks for understanding. Please note that the Golden Sands charges a $40 administration fee which is payable upon arrival. This is in addition to any fees paid to VRBO or HomeAway.
