Positive: Clean, great location (5min from center and from train station)
Negative: The apartment is in the cellar with no WiFi, no mobile connection, the TV didn't work, no option to store luggage beforehand (check in only at 3pm), also missing an elec. stove or something to cook a small meal (only microwave and elec. kettle). Very loud, as the window (with no view) is right below a door that people walked in and out until 1am.
Summary: Great location, but way too pricey for little amenities
