Thank you for checking us out!! Golden Getaway, Guest Suite apartment, 5 Star hostess for several years. Great location, close to highways, Most everything entertaining is within 20-30 min. We have sports galore from golf, football, baseball, basketball, soccer, wonderful restaurants from blue jeans to tuxes , great live theater, you like it, we have it.
Salt water POOL : Feels so wonderf You may invite friends over for the pool. If more than 4 people counting yourself must be discussed with me first. Feels wonderful on your skin! You can even open your eyes under water without burning, Pool parties with approved number of people are limited to two hours and must be over by 10pm.
Private front door, that walks out to exterior. Combo lock - for easy entrance. at any hour.
Living room: 2 comfy recliners plus leather sofa also reclines on both ends.
Smart TVs: 70" TV in living room and 64" in main bedroom.
Kitchen has all full size appliances, dishwasher, glass top range and oven, side by side refrig, granite counter top, meals not provided.
Play Room -Toddlers toys and activities Board games available for older children or a family game night! a smaller 54 inch Foosball, with football, hockey, & table tennis.

Laundry room - Use of washer and dryer for long term guests, Please be considerate and not bring dirty clothes from home.
Extra guests: There is a fee per person ($20 per night for overnight guests) after the original two people on reservation.
PET FRIENDLY - Friendly neighborhood, dog walkers and joggers. The half acre yard has room to run and play ball plus has a 6 ft fence.
* If your dog has tendency to jump into water then they must be on leash when outside. No dogs in pool.
* No dogs on furniture or beds. If you wish them to sleep with you please bring sheets and blankets to protect the beds and furniture.
* Dogs must be listed on reservation. Pet fees are $20 per night for one dog and $10 for additional dog. Limit is 2. If you did not pay for the pets on registration then pet fees will be due on arrival. Please give them a shampoo prior to arrival and flee meds.
* Dog Kennel - is required if left alone in the apartment. I work from home soexcessive barking is not workable. I would love to talk or text with you, if you have any questions. I am sure we can solve them. Would love to have you and you dog.
This is a spacious apartment suite on lower level of Ranch style house. I reside upstairs. I live alone, am quiet and am a retired nurse. So Clean and Sanitized are absolutely guaranteed. It is a Very Private apartment suite, quiet and peaceful, you can not be heard upstairs.
Location: 30 min south of Kansas City, 20 min west of Overland Park. Lenexa and Shawnee, 10 min south west of Olathe KS. Major highways, such as 435 and I-35 leads directly to each city. Shopping haven, and outlet malls too !!!
