Positive: We have been staying at the Golden Arms in NSB for the past 10 years at various Condo units, and 803 needs some major up dates. For example, the bathrooms are original and outdated. The cast iron tubs are stained with rust. Fixtures are hard to use. Sink drains don't work. Other units have new large showers, large shower heads, and very clean. The sliding glass door in the main living room is very hard to slide due to corrosion from salt breeze, and the one in the master bedroom was not working. A wooden board was wedged to also prevent use. Bedding was old and stained but we did find cleaner sheets in the closet. There are many other things that could be listed but those are what has come to mind.
Negative: This unit (#803) needs a major update c/w other units we have stayed in at the Golden Arms.
Summary: The facilities are high quality, the location is excellent, be careful not all units are the same.
