The fully air conditioned villa comprises of a large open plan ground floor. there is a spacious well equipped kitchen, dining area which seats six. The living area is tastefully decorated with Turkish tapestries and other homely items. The lounge has a large three/four seater and two seater leather sofa and coffee tables. There is a large flat screen tv, satellite and dvd player. Two sets of sliding doors lead you out to a large patio area with table and seating for eight. There is a large sun terrace with 6 stylish sunbeds and your own private pool. The pool has both deep and shallow ends and the pool is not overlooked. The three spacious bedrooms are all en-suite with a shower in each ensuite. All bedrooms have balconies with views of the surrounding farmland. The pool area was re tiled in 2014 Mosquito nets were installed in 2015 Pool was retiled in April 2017 Ideal for families and also couples. Quiet and peaceful, yet only a 5 minutes walk to local bars and restaurants or 10 minutes to the town of Hisaronu, Gold Villa 8 is perfectly located with plenty to do and see in the surrounding area.
