Summary: We decided to try Gold Circle nased on reviews online. Sometimes we stay ovwrnight on the was to Saskatoon. The front desk people were just lovely and pleasant, and all around welcoming. The room was okay, but it had everything we needed for a comfy sleep. Unfortunately we had someone above us who seemed to be pacing all night long with very heavy feet so we didnt get the best sleep - old hotels are never soundproof. We could not figure out how to get the faucet working in the bathtub/shower combo, but since it also looked a little gross we decided to not even ask for help and just skip it. The breakfast was decent, and we noticed the front desk person was looking after both the breakfast and the front desk. They worked as hard as they could on both duties.Overall a decent experience.
