Summary: Great place to stay and the welcome maps, fresh water and information were greatly appreciated. Francesca was easy to reach and very responsive to our text. We had some language barriers with a few of our plans and she was able to help us. Plus, we had a serious snafu on our way out to Riva Del Garda and Francesca called the bus Company and was able to give us directions and guide us to the next bus stop. My only observation and recommendation would be as follows: Two extra pillows on the bed would be great especially if you like to read. Bed was a tad hard for us but, we get it, you can’t please everyone with all their different requests. Building is clean clean clean, secure and close to coffee shop. Great visit, we would come back for sure.
