This stunning rental home will help make your family's Black Butte Ranch vacation the best ever! This very spacious and open vacation home is 3,800 square feet of luxury living. A beautiful entry leads to a staircase that enters on the main floor. The room showcases soaring ceilings and windows and natural light from all directions. The "grand" great room consists of a very large kitchen, living area and dining room with a large kitchen island plus a second island for more counter and storage areas. The living room has large, comfortable leather furniture and a massive wood burning fireplace. There is a game table with four chairs off the living area. The very large dining table seats 8 plus there are four bar chairs on the island. A door leads to a large southern deck and a second door leads to the northwest deck, which overlooks the golf course. Four steps further up stairs leads to the king master bedroom, complete with a sleep number bed. The golf course views continue in this room and a door leads out to the hot tub. There is beautiful, massive wood furniture and a spiral steel staircase that leads to a private office above the master bedroom. The bathroom in the hallway has double sinks, a view of the golf course and a walk-in shower. Downstairs you will discover a lovely king master suite with shower and more views of the golf course. A double bunk room is across the hall, as is a small family room with televisions, views and hide-bed. Down the hall is a lovely queen bedroom with full bath off the hallway. This lovely home allows dogs, has partial air conditioning in the main living areas and master, has radiant floor heat and a fast recover hot water system. It is conveniently located between the upper and lower Glaze Meadow Rec areas. This is the perfect" home away from home" and your family will thank you for renting it and want to return year after year. Please advise us if you are bringing a dog(s) (VRBO doesn't list the dog fees of $20/night per dog). You will be required to register your dog(s) and follow our rules governing your dog's stay. Fees are subject to change without notice. PLEASE NOTE: DURING JULY AND AUGUST there is a 7 night minimum on most properties plus a specific turn day, i.e. Monday for this home.
