Positive: Location is perfect. View from the saloon very nice as well. Spacious room and big enough bedrooms. Downstairs in the building is located Spar supermarket. In walking distance you can find almost all Alicante’s landmarks

Negative: The apartment needs some repairs. There was no toilet seat in one toilet, the shower had some gap etc. These are small disadvantages and AC needs some filter cleaning
