This glorious pet-friendly home at Cinnamon Shore South offers scenic water and petite park views and easy access to the beach and resort-like pools and amenities! Newly built with designer interiors make it hard to leave this amazing beach home, equipt with it's own fire pit patio lounge, but the Gulf calls! Enjoy private dune crossovers to get there, along with new pools and parks in this luxe seaside village.
AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and sun deck; South Lake, stocked with fish; a lakeside boardwalk; a community pier; bridge-side overlook pavilions, and a playscape. The new Splish Splash Family Pool is set to open by Spring 2024. You can also access amenities at nearby Cinnamon Shore North: three pools, a fishing dock, fitness center, Town Center activities, and restaurants that include a bistro and pizzeria.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: A surfboard and blue accent wall define the family room, where a huge sectional sofa invites everyone to pile on for movie night or a big game. With multiple mini fridges in the living space movies and games will never go dry! The dining area and galley-style kitchen back the gathering space, which opens to lake and park view balcony. The powder blue-and-white kitchen offers seating at the oversize island, along with stainless appliances, gas range, and stylish lighting. Serve up meals at the island or the round dining table, which seats eight.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Look for more blue-and-white in the bedrooms. The second-floor primary king suite features an impressive, board-and-batten grid accent wall backing the bed in deep powder blue. This luxe bedroom opens to a lavish primary bath with two sinks and a dreamy, walk-in, tiled shower. Plus, the suite has a private balcony. Downstairs, you’ll find one more king suite with private bathroom and spacious shower. The third king bedroom and fun bunk room with one trundle bed share a hallway bathroom with decorative tile and playful, beachy accents.
GREAT FEATURES: The sun-orange coffee bar with another mini fridge serves guests staying downstairs, while a mud room offers laundry facilities and hooks for beach towels, plus storage for all your coastal gear. Just outside, a new gas fire pit has been added between the garage and the home in the perfect lounge nook—greaat for cozy evenings and s’mores under the stars. The dining and grilling balcony ensures a special cookout while you’re here, and there’s plenty of parking on the wide rear driveway. The home provides garage access for guests, along with thoughtful extras like a high chair, Pack 'n Play, baby bath seat, beach towels, and a baby gate—plus full use of the garage for all your beach gear and golf carts.
