Gloria Jean's II, a 1 bedrm 1 bth condo unit: well equiped, newly furnished with quality bedding, in need of exceptional tenants.
The unit is a little over 700 sq ft and has been arranged to sleep six comfortably: sleeping arrangements include 1 King bed, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa and 1 Queen air-mattress.
Kitchen is adequatley equipped for meal preparations as with any fully functioning home with appliances and new cookware.
Also included is washer and dryer for laundry, iron & board, and hair dryer.
There is an unobtrusive security camera at the front entrance. Camera not intended to comprise privacy or comfort, directed at front door only.

Summary: I love this place! I feel at home! It was equipped with everything I needed. Extremely comfortable and cozy. Let's not forget the bed will hold you hostage!!! It is extremely comfortable. Great place to stay, walking distance to NRG and minutes away from Houston Medical Center. Definitely a neutral location.
