Summary: When we arrived I noticed fingerprints along the glass that goes up the stairs and a fair amount of dirt on the stairs. We were there for a whole week, and ran out of toilet paper the 3rd day with 12 of us staying here but no big deal, we went to buy some. The crib/playpen they provide is a very outdated playpen with an unsafe mattress in it. We only used this for supervised naps as it felt too unsafe to use over night. Upon receiving $121 back from our $500 damage deposit we received a notice that 2 blankets had a small stain on each or them, apparently a decorative pillow in the living room was stained, so we were also charged for that. And a shelf in the fridge was broken, which none of us recall breaking. Before checking in to the complex the host was very responsive, when I reached out for more pictures and explanation of the “damages” it took about a week to hear back.
