Located on the footprint of the Gleneagles Hotel in a development behind the 12th green PGA Course a private detached 3 bedroom home built by the Gleneagles Hotel c/w direct access to the 2019 Solheim Cup & Ryder Cup golf course with beautiful walks around the Gleneagles resort. Large open gardens and ample on site private parking the property has a BBQ Hut, Cinema Room, Hot Tub and Conservatory Spacious Decking Areas. Free WiFi & Sky TV including Sky Sports. Beautiful walks and views of the Perthshire Hills, a perfect location for relaxing, walking, site seeing etc, or just relaxing and taking it easy. A very peaceful and quiet cul de sac adjacent to the 2014 Ryder Cup a short walk to the Hotel’s front door. A special place to enjoy the peacefulness and quietness of Gleneagles Spacious double glazed conservatory, ideal for a relaxing breakfast or evening dining, good size fully equipped kitchen, large comfortable lounge with wall mounted large screen TV c/w Sky+, Sports & Movie package, dedicated cinema room - high end surround sound, modern ground floor shower room c/w power shower, upstairs bathroom c/w full size bath and shower. All Beds approved hotel standard. Free wifi throughout the property. Spacious decking areas, BBQ hut, Prodigy "Hot Springs" 5 person hot tub. Gardens are unenclosed and open onto tree lined and grassed areas. Large entrance porch ideal for storage. Oil fired central heating throughout the property with recently installed high specification double glazing. Please Note: Strictly no "Stag" or "Hen" type bookings. We highly recommend guests have suitable holiday insurance in case of cancellation. Check in time 4pm check out 10.30am, hot tub use 8am-10pm one adult guest is required to be competent in Hot Tub usage & care, when the Hot Tub requires a refill it may not be available for use for 24 hours.
