Overlooking the wooded valley of The Glen with views from every room which extend over the bay, Glendale is completely concealed from view, yet is just yards from the beach and only a short walk to the centre of Saundersfoot village. Not only this but Glendale is ideally located to check out the vast array of Pembrokeshire's best attractions
Set out over a single level (note 3 steps lead down to the lounge), withthe open plan living area and all three bedrooms enjoying the striking views with access to the large furnished balcony, Glendaleprovides a private and tranquil retreat for a memorable holiday.
From the driveway a path leads down to the cottage where the front door enters into the hallway with access to the convenientboot room (ideal for storing sandy shoes!) and central hallway leading to all rooms, with steps down to the living area. As you walk down the steps to the cottage, take a look to the left for your first glimpse of the breath taking sea views that the cottage enjoys.
Kitchen: Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, range cooker and hob and microwave.
Dining Area: Comfortably seats up to 6 people.
Lounge: Comfortable sofa seating for up to 6 people. Log burner. Smart TV. Beautiful sea and woodland valley views. Double doors open out onto the magnificent wrap around balcony.
Master Bedroom: King-size four poster bed. Stunning sea views. Double doors lead to the balcony.
En-suite: Standalone double ended bath, toilet and basin.
Bedroom 2: King-size four poster bed. Double doors to the balcony which also frame the wonderfulviews.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds. Views over the surrounding woodland and out to sea. Access to the balcony.
Family Bathroom: Enclosed shower, toilet and basin.
Outside the large decked balcony extends across the rear of the cottage, connecting all the bedrooms and the living room - a fantastic feature of the property which creates a perfect space for families and friends to truly relax and enjoy the unparalleledviews and sense of seclusion.
From the decked balcony steps lead down to the split level garden where you will find the wood fired hot tub tucked away from view, wonderfully positioned for relaxing under the stars and listening for the sounds of the sea.
As the garden slopes away, steps lead further down to a children's swing set and small cabana.
The path from the cottage provides access to The Glen - a small row of houses which leads to the sheltered sandy beach, stretching around to Saundersfoots' picturesque harbour and village.
Glendale further benefits from parking for up to 2 (or 3 small) cars, WiFi and central heating throughout. The owners have a couple of kayaks, surfboards and body boards which are available for guests use (note that use of these are at guests own risk).
One or two well-behaved dogs welcome at £35.00 per dog
