With a large lounge, dining room and additional reception room, it has all the space for a family holiday in the beautiful Perthshire countryside.
The lounge is flooded with light on 3 aspects and has fabulous views to the mountains. It has FreeSat TV and a large TV. There is an open-fire and wood in the garage for burning.
The kitchen has an inbuilt oven and microwave. There is an electric hob, dishwasher and - in the adjoining utility room - there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer too. There is a cloakroom off the utility room.

There is a front porch and a boot room by the back door for wet weather gear and muddy boots.

The house has 4 large bedrooms: The Master Bedroom has a super-king bed, an en-suite shower room and a dressing room with hanging rails and shelves. Outside

The River Tilt runs in a steep gorge to one side of the property. Hearing the rush of the river after rain or snowmelt recharges the spirits. The gorge is, however, steep and although there is a 1 metre high, chain-link fence, parents should supervise children and the owners of adventurous dogs should take great care!
Lawned garden wraps around the house and to the front an expansive lawn runs down to the garage where you'll find garden furniture to use as you wish. There's also a barbeque in the garage but you will need to provide your own charcoal. A five-bar gate leads from the road onto the long drive which as ample parking for 3-4 cars.
