This is a cute house close to campus and Downtown. Having been recently renovated and decorated, it is Ready for guests. Each bedroom has a king or queen Brand New Mattress original hardwood oak floors, and
Some unique features. A hot tub is available for $30 per stay, as well as bottles of wine for $10 or replacement bottle.
There is also a pull out sleeper in an upstairs bedroom as well as a sleeping mattress under the king size bed. The upstairs bathroom has recently been renovated!
The space
This is a house near the University and a quick Uber ride downtown. It’s in a residential neighborhood with a decent backyard and plenty of living space.

Guests have access to a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and an informal laundry room and half bath in the basement. There are three bedrooms and a full bath on the top floor.
The backyard includes at least two parking spots on a paved surface.
It is a shared driveway. Please do not block neighbors.

The Internet is buckeye cable ...there will be a password available.
