Glanllyn Lodge is a charming stone cottage bursting with character and set in a wonderful location right next to Bala Lake near the village of Llanuwchllyn. It comprises three bedrooms; a double with an en-suite shower room, a single and a twin, sleeping five people altogether. There is also a family bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a coal-effect stove. Outside is a delightful patio area with seating and an elevated lawn area. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. Glanllyn lodge is a beautiful grade II listed property in an adventurous location. Amenities: Heating with stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed garden with lawn area and patio area with seating and a BBQ. Private access to Bala lake (please bring your own equipment). Guests are able to use the on-site facilities, playground, with access to lake along with on-site shop during summer months. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 15 mins walk. Note: Rear garden located next to a busy main road (A494), children to be supervised. No stag/hen or similar.
