On site, observation of rare and varied birds, walks through woods and private ponds in a vast family property on foot, by bike, by boat or on horseback. Immediate access to marked hikes. Possibility of fishing in private ponds (800 meters) with rowing boats or electric motor and hunting waterfowl or on the lookout. Ground floor: "unbooted" entrance - fitted kitchen/dining room with authentic 17th century fireplace - living room with fireplace and sofa bed for 2 people - wc/bathroom with walk-in shower - 1 bedroom with storage and wardrobe .
