The cottage was totally renovated two years ago. It is an old stone building which has been converted into a dwelling. The cottage is composed of 4 bedrooms: 1 with two single beds, one with a bed 160 x 200 and a single bed, one with a bed of 140x200 and another with a bed 160x200. It is equipped with two bathrooms, one with walk-in shower and the other with bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, induction hob, dishwasher, kitchen utensils ... The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV with sofas. Internet is available via wifi, the cottage is equipped with inertia radiators and a wood stove. A washing machine and dryer as well as a freezer are present in the laundry room. A magnificent terrace of about fifty m² on stilts in the middle of oaks offers a magnificent view of the valley where you regularly see the wildlife. The cottage is equipped with a pool of 8m by 4m with pool house, a playground for children, a lit pétanque court, a beautiful stone barbecue, a plancha and a large parking space. Many hikes are available on site, fishing lakes are located near the cottage. All shops are within a 5-minute drive. The cottage is located 15 minutes from Golfech and obviously available to people who come to work on the sector.
