From the entrance, a staircase to access the 1st floor. You have an equipped American kitchen and a dining room of 27 m², then a bedroom of 23 m². Access to the 2nd floor by a wooden staircase: 1 mezzanine of 26m², where you can relax in the 2 sofas of the living room with exposed beams (100 cm television, DVD, HIFI column with phone charger. A bar cabinet with a mini fridge (excluding drinks) are at your disposal. On this same floor, you will find a bathroom with double sinks, toilet, shower (90cm) and a washer-dryer.
Continuously (slight step), access a bedroom of 22m² with exposed beams, fully equipped for 2 people. Wifi. Electric heating. Travel cot. The 4 rooms are equipped with a fan for the high heat
During the summer period only, provision of a 22m² relaxation room (TV, fridge / freezer, games, ...) located on the ground floor, an outdoor lounge set, a table with 4 armchairs. In fine weather, settle in comfortably in the 18m² private courtyard.
The owner lives in the house next door and will be delighted to guide you during your stay. Ideal for your activities, the Saint Clément leisure center, located 4km from the cottage, will seduce you with its treetop adventure course, its quad hikes, its canoe or paddle rides. The Lac des Moines, located 1km away, will allow you to practice various fishing techniques, not to mention the family ski resort La Loge des Gardes located less than 21 km away (summer and winter activities).
