Nestled in one of the villages of the Grand National Site of Puy Mary, this completely renovated character house from 1869, adjoining a second home, welcomes you in a preserved environment on the banks of the Aspre river.
You can discover the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park (Puy Mary, Puy Violent, Puy Chavaroche, Bois Noir forest, etc.), the Puys chain. You can also practice hiking (GR400 and other hiking trails), fishing (Aspre, Maronne and Bertrande rivers). You can visit the regional heritage: circuits of Romanesque churches, Salers and Tournemire classified as Most Beautiful Villages of France, castles of Anjony, Saint-Chamant and Trémolière.
You benefit from enclosed land and a terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs and barbecue located in front of the gîte and an open plot of 1000 m² left available located at the rear of the gîte (access by path on the side of the cottage). 6 mountain bikes and 3 road bikes are available.
On the ground floor, living room, dining room with fireplace (free wood stove), flat screen TV, wifi internet access, library, board games, equipped kitchen with fireplace (free wood stove), separate toilet. Upstairs, relaxation area, 3 bedrooms including 2 with 1 double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, bathroom, separate toilet. Beds made on arrival. Baby equipment. At the back of the gîte, sports/fitness room set up in a renovated barn (€80 per week to be paid in addition to the owner and electric heating depending on consumption): weight training station, abdominal bench, treadmill, elliptical bike, rowing machine , exercise bike, fitness balls, gymnastics mat and video projection with 4 m² screen available.
