Located between the Col de Légal and Aurillac, this detached character house with wooden roof welcomes you to the heart of the Authre valley in a quiet environment.
Nestled at the gates of the Regional Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne, you can practice hiking, discover the Jordanne gorges, visit the villages of Salers and Tournemire, classified as the Most Beautiful Villages of France as well as the town of Aurillac and practice swimming and water sports at Lake Saint-Etienne Cantalès.
This gite has unfenced land of 1700 m² laid out as a landing and a south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking next to the gite or along the road above the house in winter. On the ground floor, living room with fireplace (wood stove paying €5 per crate), flat screen TV and DVD player, fitted kitchen area. On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single pull-out beds, bathroom with wc. Fairly narrow spiral staircase (50 cm wide) upstairs. Electric heating, electricity extra according to consumption. Prices all charges included in high and very high seasons. Area covered by Orange 4G.
