Secure private parking on the property. South-facing wooden terrace overlooking an enclosed garden of 330 m², shared by the 2 gites. Shared laundry room fitted out in an outbuilding with washing machine and dryer. Ground floor: living room/living room with open fitted kitchen and separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (160x200 bed + 90x200 bed) and 1 shower room/wc. Additional equipment: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, freezer, cot/baby chair.
