Summary: We have just spent a very nice ten days at this accommodation. The location is very peaceful, the grounds really are as big as they look in the pictures and the pool is a decent size for a family. There were just 6 of us so we had a choice of bedrooms and the big table and awning outside meant we were mostly outside or sitting around the lake. There are fishing rods and boules and badminton garden sets to use. It is a 15 minute drive to a big supermarket but there is a small boulangerie a couple of minutes away by car for breakfast. Great location for Loire Chateaux and loads of other attractions, but quiet days in the garden were just as good. There is only one bubble tent now, I think there used to be three. Very friendly and helpful owners, with Google translate helping if your French is as poor as ours. Sandrine very quick to respond with info and advice. Remember you need cash to pay the cleaning bill at the end of the holiday (I didn’t !). The size and peacefulness of the grounds is the best thing.
