Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Excellent location for access to the centre of Molyvos. Garden view only. Short walk to local pool/seafront near The Olive Press Hotel (free to use with a food/drink purchase). Near bus stop and local parking. Double bed, small kitchenette facilities with all necessary plates, pots and pans etc, standard shower/bathroom facilities. Owner very helpful, if something is missing or you need help ie hairdryer for me. It's a quiet spot even though central. Wifi decent too - though generally this whole area is not fantastic for 4G/5G etc re infrastructure. To find the property, turn off the main road, towards to sea and The Olive Press and you need to look for a gate after (the old location and still signed for Kosmos car hire - google maps 39.365650,26.176667), go down the steps into the courtyard, then go to the left and up the steps into the property to the right hand side and up the internal stairs to the landlord for keys. I did discuss this with the owner and he was going to add some signs to the gate to help future renters in finding him, as it looks like a private yard.
Negative: Nothing The owners are on the top floor, so there are no rooms with a sea view, just garden views, however the location is very central and and views can be had with very short walks. I would be happy to rent from here again.
