Summary: This is a casita, not a house. It is bright and has lovely kitchen appliances. It is located on a very busy street and rather loud. It is also located across the street from a 2,000 cow dairy farm (so lots of outside smells). The kitchen is woefully understocked (2 forks, no sharp knives and no kitchen towels). The listing says queen beds, they measure to double beds. The A/C must be on a smart thermostat, impossible to control. The couch is uncomfortable and the layout in that room to watch TV is not pleasant. The owner was not very helpful when we reached out. We overpaid for this property and will not return
