Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also welcome to use. The 45 square meter 2-room apartment Villetta Bilo lita / 3222) is spread over two floors and offers space for max. 5 people (ideally 2 children up to 12 years). On the first floor there is a bedroom which is equipped with a double and a single bed. If necessary, the double bed couch in the combined living and dining area on the ground floor offers two more sleeping options (sleeping for children up to 12 years). The well-equipped kitchenette is also in the living area and is equipped with a gas stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, filter coffee machine and a refrigerator with an ice compartment - so that you can easily pamper your family and friends with a delicious, homemade dish. The bathroom is on the first floor and has a sink, a bidet, a toilet, a hair dryer and a shower. Satellite TV, a safe and air conditioning are already included in the rental price. The balcony as well as the furnished and covered terrace with its own garden invite the whole family to relax together. Grilling is allowed at the community grill. A parking space in the facility is also included. Bed linen can be rented on site (please reserve when booking). Families with small children can also rent a travel cot on site (please also reserve when booking). The journey time from the Italian border is approximately 4 hours. ARRIVAL DAY + STAY IN THE period from 06. 06.-04. 09. 2020 the arrival and departure day is Saturday (only bookable on a weekly basis). In the period from April 25th to 29th 05. 2020 the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining time, the minimum stay is 4 nights (daily arrival possible). Note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the day of arrival, check-in is also possible the following day (please notify us prior to arrival). The same applies if you want to leave earlier. Departure is also possible here the day before. However, the rental period / rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. The long and wide sandy beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot and has both a section with loungers and parasols that are available for rent, as well as a large free sandy beach. Of course you can also make use of the free shuttle bus, which takes you to the beach several times a day in high season. The gently sloping sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children. Within walking distance you will find restaurants, gelaterias and shops. The resort is located in the center of Lido di Altanea. An experienced multilingual animation team provides entertainment during your vacation, which has a wide variety of events and surprises in store for you! The kids' club is waiting for children from 4 to 12 years old. Here your children have the opportunity to find friends from all over the world with exciting games, a treasure hunt, handicraft workshops and much more. In the evening you can see these newly found friends in the great mini disco. Children can also let off steam in the two playgrounds at Caorle Altanea. LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS Duna Verde and Porto Santa Margherita belong to Caorle, but are a little out of the city. Nevertheless you can find everything you need in the two villages. There is a great beach, many different restaurants, bars, cafes and discos, but there are also shops in the villages. Duna Verde offers a lot of green space, which invites you to take leisurely walks or bike trips. Porto Santa Margherita, as the name suggests, is known for its marina with over 1000 boats and popular with tourists. Both places have their own stretch of beach and are separated from the city of Caorle by the Livenza river. If you like to visit museums, you will find some in the localities and do not have to travel far.
