Location, location, location!!! Beautiful beach duplex recently remodeled & only 4 houses from the ocean. 2 bedroom suites, fully equipped kitchen, parking for 2 plus a sunroom. Quick & easy access to downtown St. Augustine. Walk to the St. Augustine Pier, shopping, restaurants & more. This is the perfect getaway for a great vacation!

Last hurricane left some dune damage. Entry to beach remains accessible by foot at the end of 13th street, but steeper access in comparison prior to hurricanes last year.
